Byron Monroe Hutchison ("Hutch"), was the family patriarch who embodied the zeal for life and love of good food, drink and fellowship that inspires the spirit of our bar & kitchen. Raised in St. Petersburg, Florida, Hutch played football and graduated from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. He married a southern girl, and developed an eclectic taste grounded in family tradition that inspired chef/owner David King to bring comforting Southern home cooking to the Bay Area.
